Shippers and suppliers, be they individuals or companies, shipping agent companies and shipping intermediaries.
Application uses:
This application form is designed to clarify specific details related to the complaint, including complaint parties, contact details, and a summary of the complaint, as well as any other documents related to the complaint (such as the bill of lading and invoices, etc.).
Based on the information collected, the Complaints Office examines the complaint and prepares the necessary recommendations to resolve it, and, after that, the final approval is obtained from the department director.
